First Natural Revelation of God

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end, amen. The Natural Revelation of Existence has been completed. We shall now explore the principal object of Natural Revelation, and that is God. Prior to Natural Revelation, I have written much on God. However, we aim to hypothesize God from the facts of our awareness. In this writing I desire to demonstrate that the existence of God is foremost the object of Natural Revelation and not Supernatural Revelation.

First, if we were to accept Supernatural Revelation, which is most likely beyond our natural reasoning and thus beyond Natural Revelation, we must already be able to discern that such Supernatural Revelation is from a naturally certain source that is God, and so God must be naturally certain. Were God to be totally unattainable through natural reasoning, then God would be an object of unreasonable faith, or blind trust. In that way, belief in God would be totally suprarational and so we have to make a total leap of faith to trust in God. This would mean reason is totally useless in believing in God and thus Natural Revelation would also be useless. Though logic is not violated, we would have no logical certainty in God if Natural Revelation is insufficient and unnecessary to attain certainty in God. It means we cannot possess certain knowledge in His existence and so believing in Him is a gamble.

However, the precise goal of Natural Revelation is to discover truth, and so my purpose is to discover whether God is reasonable or beyond reason. We begin not by engaging in the idea of God, but from the certain facts of reality we gather from previous Natural Revelation. We have gathered the idea of awareness and existence, that awareness exists, that existence exists, that there is such a thing as eternal essential existence and temporal actual existence. Where do we proceed from there? We may ask several questions proceeding from the facts, that is the origins of actual existence or Causation, the nature of the isolated existence or Nothingness, the limitation and allowance nature of reality, and the Truth.

What is the origin of actual existence, or its cause? We can observe that things lead to other things. This is the lower cause. It is lower relative to a cause higher than that. Let us demonstrate a complex example. The earth orbits around the sun because the sun curves spacetime around and toward itself such that the earth moves around and toward the sun, forming an orbit. Now let us ask the more complex question, why? Why must the phenomenon be that way? It could be that there is no relationship between the earth and the curved spacetime such that the earth “does not care” about moving in an orbit and just moves as it wishes. Yet why is that not the case?

The reason is that there is something, whatever that thing is, that determines the world to be this way and not another way. However, it is more of that the thing which determines the world contains the essential existence of the world such that it leads to the actualization, that is the beginning of actual existence, of that particular world. This thing allows this world to be actualized and nothing else to be actualized. It means this thing must contain every essential existence in itself. We may call this thing as the Allower.

What else may we know about the Allower? It is certain that the Allower has no beginning or end just as all essential existences have no beginning or end. Yet what is the Allower’s form of existence, is it merely essential or is it also actual? The fact that it has power over the lower causes and the chain of causation means that the Allower must be actual, as only actual things have power over other actual things. Then what is the comparison of the Allower and the Allowed? It seems that the Allowed is relatively and causally limited. The Allower is causally unlimited, this is a clear fact as all essential existences are also causally unlimited. It means it is the Allower which causally limits the Allowed, as the Allower determines what is allowed and what is not allowed to be actual in a very precise way.

However, what does relative limitation mean? Relative limitation means that a thing is limited by another thing by the virtue of relationship. For example a ball is limited by everything that is not a ball, because a ball is not everything else and everything else is not a ball. It seems the Allower is just as limited, it is not a ball and the ball is not the Allower. Yet what relative limitation really means is that the ball does not possess what is not itself and what is not the ball does not possess the ball. Their existences limit each other. The Allower on the other hand possess all essences and existences, otherwise it cannot be the Allower. Therefore, the Allower has to be both causally and relatively unlimited. It is not dependent on another thing for its existence, nor is it limited by relation to another thing, it is the Perfect Infinity.

Let us now consider the isolated existence or the Nothingness. There are 2 levels of Nothingness, Describable Nothing and Indescribable Nothing. Describable Nothingness is the first level of Nothing which is describable by this statement, “That which has no property except than this property of not having any other property other than the property of no properties.” Therefore the Describable Nothing is precisely mathematical that is it is 0. The number 0 universally point towards the Describable Nothing. The Indescribable Nothing is a Nothing even worse than the Describable Nothing as it is defined by a lack of description, a lack of truth, and a lack of mathematical correspondence.

Such an object defies our sense of logic down to its very core. How can a thing be impossible to be represented by any symbol at all? There is an answer. Something which has no definitive property is as good as having no limits. Properties and attributes limit a particular existence to something distinguishable. Yet the Indescribable Nothing has nothing which points it to a particular existence. Therefore the Indescribable Nothing is actually not even the Describable Nothing, it is actually something without limits, it is precisely the Perfect Infinity described as the Allower. The Allower is the Indescribable Nothing.

We now descend to the final point, the Truth. It is intuitive and presuppositional that there is the Truth, which contains everything in existence, including both essential and actual existence. The Truth is simply information, or actually, it is essential existence. However, what is the proof that truth exists as something essential and not just a representation of the actual? The evidence is clear, after something ceases to be actual, their actuality remains true within that particular point of time. The point of time also remains actual within that point of time, and nowhere else. Therefore, the truth must exist, otherwise all things will collapse. The Truth, or what is true, is causally and relatively unlimited as it possesses all things and lacks nothing.

Now that we have obtained the Perfect Infinity from 3 ways, we can begin pinpointing the true nature of this Perfect Infinity. The Infinity is precisely everything and nothing else, but it is not identical to any finite object. Infinity has no beginning and no end, it is eternal. Infinity is necessarily simple, because nothing composite can be finite. A composite is composed of parts which necessarily limit each other. The Infinity is thus perfectly simple. Whatever the Infinite possess, it is precisely all of them at once. The Infinite lacks nothing, precisely it lacks the Describable Nothing, as the Infinite is the Indescribable Nothing. The Indescribable Nothing and the Describable Nothing are mutually exclusive, they are completely different.

What is the relationship between the Infinity and awareness? As the Infinity is simple, the Infinity is also Awareness. As it possess awareness of all things good, and a good thing is defined by its good awareness or potential of good awareness, then the Infinity is not only good but is Goodness itself. The Infinity lacking nothing also possess all power in relationship to all other things, but not to itself. As the Infinity lacks nothing, it cannot change and will never change. It has never changed and is not changing and will not change. Finally, there is one fitting name this Infinity can have, and that is the name of “God”.

We then have ascertained that God is precisely Infinity which is Simple, Power, Awareness, and Goodness. There is also one thing that God is, that is God is Existence and only Existence. All of the 3 attributes of Power, Awareness, and Goodness, are precisely identical with Existence. God’s Essence is Existence. This Natural Revelation of the Existential nature of God is what is necessary to identify and ground certainty in Supernatural Revelation. Without this Natural Revelation, there can be no certainty in Supernatural Revelation. In the next writing, we shall begin the transition from Natural Revelation to Supernatural Revelation. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end, amen.
